Our Story
Touch of Hope Staffing was est in 2018 by two healthcare professionals that have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry
We wanted to come up with a way to assist with improving the quality of care for patients/residents and to help ease the workload for staff
The easiest way to improve the quality of care and ease the workload is by making sure there is enough experienced staff to provide exceptional care
When the patient to staff ratio is low it creates a lighter workload on staff so they can provide exceptional care
